The property is fine and very very good for the money I spent. Breakfast was very good being included in the price. The grounds are great but about that later.

The rooms are very cozy, spacious and well equipped with tv, fridge and AC. Property is surrounded by nature, nice view and has a nice village around (driving around 10 min)

We very much enjoyed staying at La Quercia. It was comfortable, spacious and quiet. We liked having an area outside to sit and the facilities were well-cared for. The breakfast was amazing and we looked forward to that each day we stayed there. La Quercia is a great option if you want to stay outside the city. We would stay here again if we return to Bologna.

Nice big room, huge garden, very nice breakfast. Quiet location with views of some vineyards on rolling hills. Can imagine it's perfect for long summer nights and being outside a lot. Feels quite romantic, though while we were there, it seems suited to family groups too.

Every thing was excellent, nice quiet location, nice view , modern and specious room, staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was very good and fresh. highly recomended.

Amazing neighborhood full of greenery, with private gated property. Perfect for people who want to live their dreams away from the city, exactly what I was looking for. Very clean and cozy. Rich any yummy breakfast. Nice and very helpful staff. A car is a must here, if you want to spend sometimes in the down town, the property is almost 15 min away from the center.

Very nice villa located near Bologna (we had a car so had no issues accessing it but need to check if accessible by public transport). Located in a pretty authentic neighborhood with some other villas in a similar style, very Italian! Very nice yard to have morning coffee in a warmer period. View from the window is magnificent! Easy check-in, they have an online check-in platform but the landlady has also reached us on WhatsApp what made check-in process smooth and nice. The room has everything you need, large bed, TV, huge wardrobe with extra pillows and blankets, safe, bathroom with large mirror and bathtub. Towels, water and shower gel were provided. We loved this villa the most of all the other locations during our trip.

The apartment is located on a beautiful farm with stunning views of the surrounding hills. Our rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was delicious!

The building and its interior design is a really nice combination of old traditions and modern lifestyle. There is enough room for parking behind the closed gate. The host suggested a nice, familial restaurant for dinner, visited mostly by local people. The atmosphere was fascinating. Breakfast was surprisingly abundant and manifold.
